Hello! I’m “Gabrielle”, a Catholic wife/mom working outside the home, endeavouring to live a 
contemplative life in the world. I reside in Canada’s capital, Ottawa, Ontario. My blog is intended to be a little haven for those drawn to the contemplative life.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help (Notre Dame de Bon Secours) is my patroness, and has been the patroness of Contemplative Haven since its inception. She is my guide and protectress.
